We just cook the Omelette recipe by adding Tasty Seafood Items. We use 150 Eggs, 15KG Prawns and 15KG Crabs.

We first steam the prawns and crabs to separate the meat of them, then we fry the meat with masala to give extra taste on the omelette.

Finally, we mix it with eggs and some spices. The taste is yummy!
