KALI with KARUVADU | Healthy Ragi Mudde and Dried Fish Recipes | Cooking Traditional Village Food
Kali is a traditional and healthy recipe for farmers and the poor in the past. Our family elders and in our childhood we also eat kali and koolu as the main food.
Kali made with Ragi and we need to make it flour to use it for the cook. We use traditional hand stone grinder to grind a Ragi.
We also use karuvadu (Dry fish) and other some village sidedishes which is used traditionally.
